Along the way, you’ll encounter Limousin cattle grazing in nature, pass frog ponds, and spot willow trees that provide shelter for amphibians and birds such as woodpeckers and little owls.
A highlight of the route is a monumental farmstead dating back to 1364, once part of a moated castle. Here, you’ll find an ancient orchard and a mixed hedge that supports a variety of wildlife.
