Responsibilities

Since 2009, I have been director of Limburg Marketing (formerly VVV Midden-Limburg) and I enjoy working on the promotion and development of Hart van Limburg. My goal is to grow and strengthen North and Central Limburg as a tourist region, in cooperation with governments, entrepreneurs and other partners.

As government contact person, I am involved in official consultations on recreation and tourism within Samenwerking Midden-Limburg. I also represent the region in various consultative bodies, including that of National Park De Meinweg. I am also a board member of the Samenwerkende VVV's Limburg and the Routebureau Noord- en Midden-Limburg.

Besides my work in the region, I am committed to international projects such as Liberation Route Europe and Europe Remembers. With these initiatives, we make the history of World War II visible and experienceable.

With a strong passion for this beautiful region and broad experience in the leisure sector, I work daily to further grow Hart van Limburg as an attractive destination for visitors, residents and entrepreneurs.
